This is a hydraulic single-acting press brake, capacity 5000 tons.
The press is purposed for sheet metal cold forming, it has 3 phases of compacting force: 1600, 3150 and 5000 tons.
The size of the table is 2800x3500 mm, the table is moving, the press has an ejector.
At present the press is working at the 1st phase, it needs repair of the pump.

The rebuild shall consist of the following work:

* Press Frame –
- Remove knock-out parts, brake fulcrum pin, studs for Pinion Shaft Housing,
and miscellaneous small parts.
- Repair any structurally important cracks by welding. Superficial cracks may be
repaired or removed at Ajax discretion. Frame shall be fully stress relieved after
welding.
- Remachine main bores, inside frame, rear surface, wedge pocket, retap stud
holes for Pinion Shaft Housing, remachined keyways.
* New Pinion Shaft Housing complete with new roller bearings equal to original.
* New Eccentric Shaft
* Remachine OD of existing Main Bearing Sleeves and Wedges to suit remachined
Frame. Bushings will be bored, if necessary, to suit Eccentric Shaft.
* New Pitman, Pitman Cap, Pitman Bushing, Kicker Lug, Set Screw, Wrist Pin, and
Pitman Studs with super nuts.
* New Ram, Thrust Bushing, Wrist Pin Bushings, and Top K. O. mechanism.
* Reworked and shimmed Frame and Ram Extension Liners.
* New Bottom K. O. Assembly
* Cleaned and reassembled Balance Cylinders
* Rebuilt Clutch Assembly with reworked covers, reworked Clutch Pinion, new
bearings, new Main Gear, new Clutch Plates, springs and studs, New Main
Pinion.
* New Bottom Wedge, rebuilt wedge operating mechanism. Upper Shut Height
Adjustment is an optional extra.
* New Flywheel Brake Lever

* New basic clutch brake controls with Allen Bradley SLC5/03 PLC and
